All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to change any prices at any time.
Returns Policy:-
A full refund will be provided for goods returned to us, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable. Personalised goods are excluded from this refund policy. If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
Delivery Times:-
We will process your order within 2 business day following payment of cleared funds. For personalised products, this can take up to one week. We will send you an email notifying you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.
